The following incidents were listed among the reports of the Oak Brook and Oakbrook Terrace police departments. Readers are reminded that an arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that determination.
Oak Brook
Fraud
Abdiel A. West, 37, of 16 Black Stallion Court, Middletown, N.Y.; Tashmea V. Taylor, 25, of 486 Marcy Ave., Brooklyn, N.Y.; Samantha J. Helmich, 20, of 145 Downs St., and Ashley M. Finch, 22, of 81 Fair St., both of Kingston, N.Y., were arrested at 6:30 p.m. April 22 and charged with possession of counterfeit credit cards after allegedly attempting to use three fraudulent credit cards to purchase three Coach handbags from Macy’s, 1 Oakbrook Center. The four were allegedly found to have 77 fraudulent credit cards in total and more than $30,000 of merchandise.
Retail Theft
Liz Huong-Quynh Nguyen, 36, of 147 E. Enclave Circle, Bolingbrook, was arrested at 9:56 p.m. April 27 and charged with retail theft at Macy’s after allegedly attempting to steal four items valued at $171.
Oakbrook Terrace
Possession
Keith Longoria, 23, of 743 N. Swift Road, Addison, was stopped at 4:19 p.m. Friday on Route 83 at Route 38 and cited for possession of marijuana.
DUI
Jordan D. Miller, 21, of 217 Yuma Lane., Carol Stream, was stopped at 4:36 a.m. Sunday on Route 38 at Salt Creek and charged with driving under the influence.
Teaubrian D. Clark, 35, of 9475 Harrison St., Des Plaines, was stopped at 2:57 a.m. Sunday on 22nd Street at Parkview Plaza and charged with DUI.
Andrew P. Mullarkey, 23, of 110 N. Linden Ave., Westmont, was stopped at 4:06 a.m. Saturday on Route 38 at Salt Creek and charged with DUI.
