The Oak Brook Chapter of the Infant Welfare Society of Chicago Auxiliary decked the halls and welcomed the holiday spirit with their annual Martini Medley Preview Party on Nov. 26 followed by the Mistletoe Medley on Nov. 27 at Drury Lane in Oak Brook Terrace.

Guests at the Martini Medley were treated to complimentary martinis as well as heavy hors d’oeuvres and the chance to preview merchandise from 40 vendors. Live entertainment featured holiday music and a preferred raffle offered everything from a Chicago night on the town to an in-home wine tasting party.

The highlight of the next day’s Mistletoe Medley was the luncheon and fashion show, hosted by Allison Rosati of WMAQ-Channel 5. The boutiques were open and fresh raffle prizes opened up, including a $5,000 cash raffle courtesy of Joe and Nives Rizza.

Decor included table centerpieces hand-painted by members.

Total attendance at both events topped out at over 1,000 and the event raised close to $100,000 for the Infant Welfare Society of Chicago.~>~.
