I Dream of Falafel to open at Oakbrook Terrace
I Dream of Falafel recently announced the fast casual brand will be opening its fourth location in Oakbrook Terrace. The first location to open outside of the Chicago loop, this concept, offering fresh, local and healthy Mediterranean cuisine with great, quick service, will be located in the former Cosi space at 18W066 22nd Street. I Dream of Falafel will begin construction on the 2,400-square-foot space in June and open for business later this fall.
“We are very excited to be joining the Oakbrook Terrace community and surrounding suburbs,” said Imran Kasbati, Shoaib Aziz, Munaf Kasbati and Henry Nuguid, founders of I Dream of Falafel. “I Dream of Falafel has been successful in offering the highest quality of fresh ingredients and customizable options to suit all dietary needs and taste buds at our three Loop locations. We look forwarded to attracting food enthusiasts, both as individual diners, business and corporate catering and carryout customers.”
The Oakbrook Terrace location will be open seven days a week for lunch and dinner which will mark the first I Dream of Falafel seven day location. Guests can dine in the modern, bright space or on the outdoor patio (weather permitting) while enjoying high quality produce, grain fed cage free meats, house made sauces and even fresh laffa bread made each day right in front of guests. At I Dream of Falafel, customers choose the ingredients that go into each bite to create their own unique Mediterranean-inspired dishes.
