In other business at its meeting Monday, board members:

accepted bids totaling $11,907,414 from 11 companies for summer work to be completed at Hinsdale Central and South high schools. Drywall and ceilings, roofing and landscaping bid packages will be awarded at a future board meeting.

voted 5-1 to censure board member Dianne Barrett. Richard Skoda voted no while Barrett abstained.

reappointed Dennis Brennan as board president by a 5-2 vote. Skoda nominated and voted for Barrett.

reappointed Michael Kuhn as vice president of the board by a 5-2 vote. Barrett nominated and voted for Skoda.

reappointed DeeDee Gorgol as board secretary by a 7-0 vote.
