One contested seat on Oakbrook Terrace City Council in April

OAKBROOK TERRACE — Only one seat on the Oakbrook Terrace City Council will be contested in the April election. Two candidates have filed to run for alderman of the First Ward: Paul Esposito and James Dvorak.
No one is challenging Mayor Tony Ragucci’s bid for re-election. Likewise, incumbent Second Ward Alderman Frank Vlach will not face any competition.
Robert Przychodni is the sole candidate for the Third Ward alderman position that will be up for election April 9.
Dennis Greco was the only person to file for village clerk, replacing Judith Leslie.
