Retail theft
Kelley C. Walsh, 21, of 319 W. Adams St., Macomb, was arrested at 3:54 p.m. Jan. 10 and charged with retail theft at Macy’s, 1 Oakbrook Center, after allegedly attempting to steal four clothing items valued at $200.
Gesse Rodriguez, 33, of 918 N. 12th Ave., Melrose Park, was arrested at 4:11 p.m. Dec. 22 and charged with retail theft at Macy’s, after allegedly attempting to steal two Armani clothing items valued at $590.

Battery
Michelle Tyler, 25, of 151 Elk Trail, Carol Stream, was arrested at 3:24 p.m. Wednesday and charged with domestic battery and failure to provide information after a property-damage accident after allegedly punching her ex-husband and crashing her vehicle into a parked car and fleeing. Tyler was later picked up by Villa Park police.
Drug arrest
Myra Rose Hight, 51, of P.O. Box 564, Zephyr Cove, Nev., was arrested at 12:48 a.m. Wednesday and charged with possession of marijuana after an officer smelled smoke coming from her room at Comfort Suites, 17W445 Route 38.
Theft
The rear driver’s side window of a vehicle was broken between 7:10 and 9:45 p.m. Friday at Gulliver’s, 17W517 Route 38, and a laptop computer valued at $1,500 was stolen.
The passenger front window of a vehicle was broken between 6 and 9:40 p.m. Friday at Gulliver’s and a laptop computer valued at $530 was stolen.
