The following incidents were listed among the official reports of local police departments. Readers are reminded that an arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that determination.

OAKBROOK

Theft

Between 7:30 p.m. and 9:15 p.m. Jan. 30 someone broke the rear driver’s side window of a vehicle parked at LA Fitness, 2030 York Road, and stole a backpack containing a planner and miscellaneous documents.

Between 6:30 p.m. and 8:50 p.m. Jan. 30 someone broke the front passenger window of a vehicle parked in a lot at 1515 22nd Street and stole a briefcase containing miscellaneous documents.

Underage Drinking

Alejandro Garcia Jr., 20, of 16W705 Mockingbird Ln., Willowbrook, Emily L. Hudson, 20, of 219 Brownell Ave., Thornton, Stephanie A. Zanone, 20, of 1S776 Westview Ave., Lombard and Luis A. Salas, 19, of 1510 Apple Grove Ln., Westmont, were each cited at 10:56 p.m. Jan. 25 for possession of alcohol by a minor after being found drinking in a parking garage at 3011 Butterfield Road.

Criminal Damage

Between 8 p.m. Feb. 2 and 6 a.m. Feb. 3 someone damaged the employee entrance door at Loyola Primary Care, 17W740 22nd Street.

Fraud

At 3:44 p.m. Feb. 2 it was reported sometime between Jan. 13 and Jan. 26 someone used fraudulent checks to withdraw over $20,000 from an account belonging to Redbox, 1 Tower Lane.

Theft

Between 8 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Feb. 2 someone stole the catalytic converter from a vehicle parked at Northern Trust, 1 Oakbrook Terrace.
