The following incidents were listed among the reports of the Oak Brook and Oakbrook Terrace police departments. Readers are reminded that an arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that determination.

Oak Brook

Marijuana
possession

Nicole M. Porter, 32, of 1076 Mohegan Lane, Schaumburg, was stopped at 9:23 a.m. April 12 on the 1400 block of 16th Street and charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

DUI

David C. Kramer, 49, of 6317 N. Milwaukee Ave., Chicago, was stopped at 12:37 a.m. April 10 on Commerce Drive at McDonald’s Drive and charged with driving under the influence.

Fraud

Omoro M. Pleas, 28, of 12215 S. Green St., Chicago, was arrested at 2:41 p.m. April 21 and charged with credit-card fraud at Macy’s, 1 Oakbrook Center, after allegedly attempting to use a counterfeit credit card to purchase $1,162 worth of merchandise.

Retail theft

Ashley N. Stevenson, 23, of 19 Briar Lane, Glen Ellyn, was arrested at 5:29 p.m. April 18 and charged with retail theft at Macy’s after allegedly attempting to steal nine clothing items valued at $707.

Caleshia S. Hunt, 23, of 1970 N. 18th Ave., Melrose Park, and Latajah I. Boyd, 23, of 440 Morris Ave., Bellwood, were arrested at 8:07 p.m. April 16 and charged with retail theft at Macy’s after allegedly attempting to steal four items valued at $116.

Krystian Maliba, 27, of 105 Dover Drive, Des Plaines, was arrested at 5:34 p.m. April 15 and charged with retail theft at Nordstrom Rack, 2155 22nd St., after allegedly attempting to steal a pair of Diesel shoes valued at $64.

Oakbrook Terrace

Criminal damage to property

The tire of a vehicle parked at Pulp Kitchen, 1S616 Midwest Road, was slashed between noon and 3 p.m. April 19

A customer at Wendy’s, 1S576 Midwest Road, kicked and broke a glass door at 5 p.m. April 17. Damage was estimated at $1,000.

DUI

Terrance L. Walker, 43, of 152 Lawton Lane Bolingbrook, was stopped at 4:02 a.m. Sunday on Route 38 at Route 83 and charged with driving under the influence.

Varun Shastry, 24, of 1185 Higgins Quarters Drive, Hoffman Estates, was involved in an accident at 5:34 a.m. Saturday on Route 38 at Route 83 and charged with DUI.

Theft

Two offenders stole an unknown amount of quarters from a vending machine at 1 Mid America Place at 4 p.m. April 19.
