Oak Brook, Oakbrook Terrace Police Blotter for June 5

The following incidents were listed among the reports of the Oak Brook and Oakbrook Terrace police departments. Readers are reminded that an arrest does not constitute a finding of guilt. Only a court of law can make that determination.
Oak Brook
THEFT
Aaron W. Wilson, 26, of 240 49th Ave., Bellwood, was arrested at 2:41 p.m. May 26 and charged with theft at Nordstrom Rack, 2155 22nd St. Wilson, an employee of Nordstrom Rack, allegedly attempted to steal an Armani tie and a Ferragamo tie worth $125.
Darlene A. Miller, 21, of 211 W. 112th Place, Chicago, and Dominique C. Moore, 22, of 14122 Michigan Ave., Riverdale, were arrested at 6:44 p.m. May 25 and charged with retail theft at Hollister, 75 Oakbrook Center, after allegedly attempting to steal $452 in merchandise.
Jody S. Bady, 18, of 1916 Yellowstone Terrace, Brooklyn Park, Minn., Orlando M. Henry, 19, of 239 Linden Ave., Bellwood, and Sandra Shoulders, 47, of 1113 Mozart St., Chicago, were arrested at 1:49 p.m. May 25 and charged with retail theft at Hollister, 75 Oakbrook Center, after allegedly attempting to steal $158 in clothing items.
Ricardo Moreno-Escobedo, 29, of 7500 Elmhurst Road, Des Plaines, was arrested at 6 p.m. May 24 and charged with retail theft at Express, 429 Oakbrook Center, after allegedly attempting to steal nine items of merchandise worth $365.
Ivan Garcia, 21, of 5827 S. Rockwell St., Chicago, was arrested at 5:54 p.m. May 24 and charged with retail theft at Sears, 2 Oakbrook Center, after allegedly attempting to steal two Polo shirts.
Esperanza X. Rodriguez, 18, of 4632 Harding Ave., Chicago, and Gabriela Morales-Barrera, 19, of 3502 W. 61st St., Chicago were arrested at 4:03 p.m. May 24 and charged with retail theft at Macy’s, 1 Oakbrook Center after allegedly attempting to steal 17 items worth $1,224. Rodriguez was also charged with possession of drug equipment.
Oakbrook Terrace
DUI ARRESTS
Andrew Caywood Vanstratum, 20, of 548 E. Broad St., Cookeville, Tenn., was stopped at 1:41 a.m. June 3 at Drury Lane, 100 Drury Lane, and charged with DUI.
BURGLARY
Between 2:50 and 4:15 p.m. May 31, someone punched the passenger side door lock of a car parked at Loyola Primary Care, 17W740 22nd St., and stole miscellaneous tools worth $700.
Between 11:30 p.m. May 29 and 8 a.m. May 30, someone punched a rear door lock of a car parked at the Holiday Inn, 17W350 22nd St., and stole miscellaneous tools worth $1,430.
THEFT
Between 9 a.m. June 2 and 2 p.m. June 3, someone removed the catalytic converter, worth $1,000, from a car parked at Hilton Suites, 10 Drury Lane.
