Ellie M. Van Keirsbilck of Clarendon Hills was named on the University of Oklahoma Norman campus honor roll for the fall 2012 semester.
Carthage College has named outstanding scholars to its dean’s list for academic excellence during the fall semester of 2012. Students receiving dean’s list honors include:

John Hayes of Western Springs has been named to the dean’s list in the University of Notre Dame’s First Year of Studies for outstanding scholarship during the fall 2012 semester.
Justyn Jost, of Western Springs is a student member of Illinois Wesleyan’s Collegiate Choir making ten appearances on its 2013 tour. Jost is a senior majoring in music education, a graduate of Lyons Township High School. The 44-voice choir is composed of student musicians representing the School of Music and other areas of Illinois Wesleyan University. Students in the choir are selected by audition and maintain a rigorous rehearsal schedule in preparation for their concert tour and other engagements throughout the year.
