Grab your leather jackets, slick back your hair and come see Hinsdale Central High School students rocking in the high school version of the musical production “Grease” at 7 p.m. March 7, 8 and 9.

The recently updated auditorium at 55th and Grant Streets in Hinsdale will be transformed into legendary Rydell High School as more than 75 student performers, musicians and backstage crew members bring this high-energy, rock and roll musical to the stage.

Directed by Chris Hicks, music director Jennifer Burkemper and conductor Jeffrey Wirtz, the show will feature a high school rock band and musical performers. The 50s-style dancing is choreographed by Christie Kerr. Five Hinsdale Central High School faculty members will make cameo appearances throughout the show.

Tickets are $7 for students and $10 for adults and can be purchased at the door or by calling the box office at (630) 570-8165.
